Accessibility statement

Our approach

This website was built to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or voice control.

What we have done

• Text and background colours have been checked against WCAG 2.2 AA contrast requirements.
• Every page can be navigated by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• A skip link is provided at the top of each page.
• Headings follow a logical order and describe the content beneath them.
• Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• The site works at 320 pixels wide and when text is enlarged.
• Animation is reduced automatically if your device is set to reduce motion.
• Video on the site is decorative, silent, and does not play if you have asked for reduced motion.

Known limitations

• The site has not yet been tested with screen readers on physical devices.
• Fonts are loaded from an external service, so text may briefly appear in a fallback typeface.
